A Yoga weekend with Sky
15 - 17 May, Wiltshire

On his first visit to England, I am honoured to be hosting Canadian-born teacher Sky, whose school of yoga, Sama Yoga (the school of balance and harmony) has blessed the lives of many people all over the world. He will travel from his home in Sweden to be with us for a weekend that promises to be full of light and life, rest and relaxation, where you can feel at home with yourself just as you are.

You can attend individual classes or come for the whole weekend to immerse yourself in Sky’s heartfelt teachings. I have practised and studied with Sky since 2012, which was when my true yoga journey began. It will be such a pleasure to share with you the source of my own inspiration to teach and a reminder to follow one’s heart: Sky’s warmth, humanity and depth of knowledge.

May 15 – 17 in Wiltshire at Winterbourne Monkton Community Hall, SN4 9NW

Friday 15 May: 5pm – 7pm

A gentle introduction to Sky’s unique, nourishing style, combining yoga, qi gong, mantra and pranayama. Expect to have a restful night and feel ready for the weekend. Price £45 Book

Saturday 16 May: 10am – 12.30pm

A refreshing morning class with music, mantra and a flow of postures. Sky has an innate ability to tune into what his students require and respond to it intuitively. “That was just what I needed!” is a remark I’ve often heard – and felt – after a Sky session. Price £45 Book

If you come for the day, you are welcome to bring lunch with you. There is a fully equipped kitchen at the Hall, or if you prefer to eat out, there are some lovely eateries in Avebury, just a few minutes’ drive up the road (or a longer walk!). Before or after lunch, you can go and commune with the ancient and sacred Avebury Stones.

Saturday 16 May: 3pm – 7pm

Sky will share his deep knowledge of yoga philosophy and Ayurveda and his 30 years’ experience of living a yogic lifestyle. With his characteristic humour and light touch, he will discuss how the benefits of yoga can enhance your everyday life. Followed by an uplifting yoga practice, with plenty of time to rest and assimilate. Price £55 Book

Sunday 17 May: 3pm – 7pm

In the final class we find our flow, with sequences that bring together all aspects of yoga. Followed by warm drinks and lights snacks. Price £45 Book

INDIA RETREATS
India Calling 2026

Just back from our February 2026 trip, including two beautiful weeks in Kerala, and we are already planning the next!

Our November retreat later this year, will be an offering of two weeks in South India, including Bangalore and Mysore, followed by a journey through Kerala.

We will begin at the Art of Living International Centre just outside of Bangalore, where you will experience what it is like to stay in an Ashram, with morning sadhana (practice), evening satsang, and a whole host of wonderful happenings in between. We will teach you the Sudarshan Kriya and a personalised mantra-based meditation technique. You will also have an introduction to Ayurveda at the Ashram’s beautiful Panchakarma Centre. We will then hop in our India Calling bus and journey to the sacred temples and palaces of Mysore, up into the hills of Wayanad for its nature and diverse wildlife, down to the beaches of Kannur, and end the trip in Cherai with a visit to the City of Spices, Fort Kochi.

This immersive journey weaves together the ancient practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, and sacred ritual, offering a unique space for inner transformation and cultural connection.
