More about CST
I am a qualified Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, having completed the Integrated Craniosacral Therapy Training at the Sri Sri Tattva Centre of Healing Arts.
CST is a gentle, hands-on, biodynamic therapy that uses very light touch to release tension and restrictions within the body’s connective tissues (fascia) and the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. This subtle approach supports the body’s innate ability to restore balance, improve fluid movement, and promote deep relaxation.
CST can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including stress and anxiety, chronic pain, migraines and headaches, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, trauma recovery, and overall emotional and physical wellbeing. It works by helping the nervous system reset, allowing for improved function and natural healing.
Sessions are deeply relaxing and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from specific symptoms or simply want to enhance your sense of wellbeing, CST can be a gentle and effective complement to your yoga practice and overall self-care.

What people often ask
Sessions usually last about 60 minutes. You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while I use very gentle, light touch to assess and release tension in your body’s connective tissues. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing, often entering a meditative or sleepy state.
This varies depending on your individual needs. Some people notice improvements after just one session, while others benefit from regular treatments over several weeks or months. We can discuss a personalised plan during your first or second session, depending on how your body has responded to the treatment.
CST is gentle and safe for people of all ages, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly. However, if you have had surgery of any kind, please wait at least four weeks before having a CST session. Also, if you have any specific medical conditions, it’s best to consult your healthcare provider before beginning therapy.
CST supports the body’s natural healing and can help with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, migraines, headaches, sleep problems, digestive issues, trauma recovery, and more. It’s also excellent for general wellbeing and relaxation.
CST helps release physical and energetic blockages, promoting balance and relaxation. It can deepen your yoga practice by improving body awareness, reducing tension, and supporting recovery from injury or overuse.
