I help people find ease, balance, and deeper connection through yoga, therapy, and retreats

With over 18 years of yoga experience across India, Bali, and Europe, I bring a depth of knowledge rooted in traditional study and practice. My regular visits to India have provided invaluable immersion in yoga philosophy, culture, and teaching.

My parallel journey as a Craniosacral Therapist has given me a profound appreciation for the body’s innate intelligence and its natural capacity to heal. This integration of yoga and therapeutic practice inspires the way I teach and hold space.

I currently offer Hatha, Yin, and Chair Yoga and provide private, tailored one-to-one and group sessions. I also run small-group Yoga and Ayurveda retreats in India, designed for deeper practice, healing and renewal.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a gentle, hands-on, biodynamic therapy that uses very light touch to release tension and restrictions within the body’s connective tissues (fascia) and the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord. This subtle approach supports the body’s innate ability to heal, restore balance, improve fluid movement, and promote deep relaxation.

Craniosacral Therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including stress and anxiety, chronic pain, migraines and headaches, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, trauma recovery, and overall emotional and physical wellbeing. It works by helping the nervous system reset, allowing for improved function and natural healing.

Yoga

My introduction to yoga began in a small Ashtanga studio in London, and since then, my mat has travelled with me all over the world, before bringing me back to the UK. In 2015, a period of family illness deepened my personal commitment to yoga, transforming it from a practice into a way of life. This was largely developed through Sama Yoga – a heart-based intuitive practice based on Hatha yoga, Qi Gong and Vedic wisdom. In 2018, I stepped away from a corporate career in London to embrace a simpler, more nurturing life on our family farm in Wiltshire. Here I found space to explore the deeper roots of yoga and fully commit to its path.

The Art of Living

In 2022, I returned to India to study at the Art of Living International Centre (Ashram) in Bangalore. This journey led me to become a certified Art of Living Part 1 (Happiness Programme) teacher in 2024. Today I offer Art of Living Part 1 courses, as well as traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, workshops and retreats in both Wiltshire and India. In 2025, I expanded my approach to healing by training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), at the Sri Sri Tattva Centre of Healing Arts (Bangalore, India).

This gentle, hands-on therapy beautifully complements my yoga practice, offering another pathway for deep rest, balance, inner transformation and healing.

My yoga lineage

My personal yoga journey began in 2006 and since that time my love for the spiritual and philosophical traditions of yoga has been enriched by multiple visits to India – experiences that have grounded me in the healing, ancient origins of this profound practice.

I’m honoured to have learnt from many inspiring teachers. Sky of Sama Yoga (Sweden / Bali) guided me towards my first yoga teacher training, and the teachings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder of the Art of Living Foundation, have transformed my experience of yoga in countless ways.

During the lockdowns, I immersed myself in further studies of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. These included looking into the roots of Hatha Yoga through Sanskrit texts with Professor James Mallinson, The Bhagavad Gita and dharma (purpose) with Octavio Salvado, and the Four Desires with Rod Stryker. Salvado and Stryker both follow Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, a devoted student of Swami Rama (Sri Vidya Tantra lineage).

While the yoga poses I teach, aligned with breathing techniques and a calm and meditative state of mind, enhance mental and physical well-being, the practice also offers profound spiritual benefits.
